The D.O.C. Empowerment School Program is designed to support students, educators, and families through engaging, interactive experiences rooted in identity, accountability, and personal growth. Using The DOC Coaching Method™ — Discover. Own. Cultivate. — each session is intentionally designed to meet participants where they are and guide them toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and responsibility.
This program is available for elementary, middle, and school communities seeking to create meaningful impact through keynote experiences, interactive sessions, and customized engagements.
Schools have the flexibility to create a customized experience by selecting from the following sessions based on their specific needs

The Keynote Experience is a dynamic, high-energy presentation designed to inspire and engage large groups of students, educators, or parents.
This session introduces core principles of identity, ownership, and growth while encouraging participants to reflect on who they are and how their choices shape their future.

An interactive session designed for smaller student groups or classrooms. This session encourages active participation, discussion, and guided reflection.
Students will engage in activities centered around identity, decision-making, and personal responsibility, helping them apply the principles of Discover. Own. Cultivate. in real-life situations.

A professional development session designed for educators and school staff. This experience focuses on supporting student identity, fostering engagement, and creating environments that encourage growth and accountability.
Educators will walk away with practical strategies that can be immediately applied within their classrooms and school communities.

An interactive workshop designed to equip parents and guardians with tools to support their children’s confidence, communication, and development at home. This session strengthens the connection between home and school by encouraging alignment in how students are supported both inside and outside the classroom.

To ensure a high-quality and engaging experience, the following participant ranges are recommended:
Group sizes beyond recommended capacity may require additional sessions or adjusted pricing to maintain the quality of engagement.
